What never leaves your device

Everything you type into a wheel or a tool, including names, class rosters, raffle entries and lists, stays in your browser. We never receive it.

Saved wheels, spin history and your sound and confetti choices are stored only on your device, in your browser's storage. You can delete them at any time with the delete and clear buttons or by clearing your browser's site data.

No cookies and no accounts

We do not set cookies, we have no user accounts, and we do not use tracking identifiers.

Usage counts

To learn which tools and wheels are useful, your browser sends us a short message when you spin, share, commit to a verifiable draw or open your own copy of a wheel, and once per browser tab session. The message contains only the action, the tool, the ready-made wheel's name if any, and the page language. It contains nothing you typed and no identifier.

We add these messages up into daily totals and keep the totals for 14 months. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, no usage messages are sent.

Translation suggestions

If you send a translation suggestion, we store the text you send, the page and its language, and the date, so that a person can review it. We do not store who sent it. Please do not include personal information.

Server logs

Like any website, our server records each request with the IP address, browser type, page address and time. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and delete them after 14 days.

Hosting and service providers

The site is hosted on a server in Germany. A content delivery network (Cloudflare) passes requests to our server and may process IP addresses to protect the site from attacks.

If you import a Google Sheet, your browser downloads it directly from Google, and Google's privacy policy applies to that request.

Advertising

The site shows no ads. We will update this policy before that changes.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to restrict its use, or object to it, by writing to [email protected]. Because we do not store what you type and keep logs only briefly, we usually hold no personal data about you.
